What does Saoria Agency provide?
Saoria Agency provides advertising infrastructure as a monthly subscription: managed Google Ads accounts, account management, billing and top-up management, and dedicated support. We operate the account layer; your team keeps full ownership of campaign strategy and creative.
How does onboarding work?
Onboarding follows four steps: you apply through our contact form, we run a compliance review of your business and offer, we prepare your account structure and billing once approved, and you fund your account and launch. Identity verification and supporting documents may be requested during the review.
What is a top-up fee?
A top-up fee is the flat service fee applied when you add advertising funds to your account: 7% on the Essential plan and 5% on the Scale plan. It covers billing operations, payment processing and account administration. Example: a $10,000 top-up on Scale results in $9,500 credited to your advertising balance.
How many accounts are included?
The Essential plan ($300/month) includes 1 Google Ads account. The Scale plan ($600/month) includes up to 10 Google Ads accounts under one subscription.
Can agencies join?
Yes. Agencies are a core part of who we serve. The Scale plan is designed for multi-client operations, with up to 10 accounts, multi-account management and priority support. Each client business still passes our compliance review.
Can international companies join?
Yes. Saoria Agency works with international advertisers as standard — cross-border billing, market-appropriate account settings and English-speaking support are built into how we operate. Availability can depend on your country and applicable regulations, which we confirm during onboarding.
Do you guarantee approvals?
No. Advertising accounts remain subject to Google’s approval process, and campaign approval cannot be guaranteed. What we do provide is a compliance-first onboarding that maximizes your chances of operating smoothly, and support when verification requests come up.
Do you guarantee campaign results?
No. Advertising performance cannot be guaranteed, and Saoria Agency does not guarantee campaign results. Performance depends on your product, offer, creative, market and budget. Our role is to keep the infrastructure underneath your campaigns stable and professionally managed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support standard business payment methods, including bank transfer. The exact options for your subscription and top-ups are confirmed during onboarding, based on your country and business setup.
How long does onboarding take?
Most advertisers complete onboarding within a few business days of submitting a complete application. Timelines vary with compliance review and any verification requirements — we keep you informed at every step.
Is Saoria Agency affiliated with Google?
No. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC. Saoria Agency is an independent company and is not owned, operated, sponsored or officially affiliated with Google LLC unless explicitly stated.
How do I get support once I’m onboarded?
You reach our operations team directly by email. Standard support targets a response within one business day; Scale plan advertisers get priority handling with a dedicated escalation path.
