Subscriptions are billed monthly. The top-up fee is applied when funds are added to your advertising accounts and covers billing operations, payment processing and account administration. All advertisers pass a compliance review before onboarding.
How top-ups work
One flat fee, fully documented
Example: on the Scale plan, a $10,000 top-up carries a 5% service fee — $9,500 is credited to your advertising balance and you receive a statement for the transaction.

Questions about plans & fees
Can I switch between Essential and Scale?
Yes. You can upgrade to Scale at any time; the new plan and top-up fee apply from your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at renewal, provided your account count fits the Essential plan.
Is ad spend included in the subscription?
No. The subscription covers infrastructure, management and support. Your advertising budget is funded separately through top-ups, and the flat top-up fee applies to those amounts.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees. Plans are billed monthly and you may cancel ahead of any renewal, as described in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support standard business payment methods, including bank transfer. Exact options are confirmed during onboarding based on your country and setup.
