Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes how Saoria LLC, trading as Saoria Agency (“we”, “us”), handles refunds for subscription fees, top-up payments and service fees. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription fees
- Subscriptions (Essential $300/month, Scale $600/month) are billed monthly in advance and cover access to our infrastructure, management and support for the billing period.
- Subscription fees for a billing period that has started are non-refundable, as the associated services (account availability, administration and support capacity) are provided throughout that period.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
- If we terminate your service without cause before the end of a paid period, we will refund the unused pro-rata portion of that period’s subscription fee.
2. Advertising top-ups
- Funds added via top-up belong to your advertising budget. Amounts already spent on advertising cannot be refunded by us, as they are consumed by the advertising platform.
- If your relationship with us ends and a verified, unspent advertising balance remains, we will return that unspent balance to the original payment source after final reconciliation, normally within fourteen (14) business days.
- Reconciliation may be delayed where the advertising platform applies holds, adjustments or ongoing reviews outside our control.
3. Top-up service fees
The flat top-up service fee (7% Essential, 5% Scale) compensates billing operations and payment processing performed at the time of the top-up. It is non-refundable once the corresponding funds have been credited to your advertising account. If a top-up cannot be completed and is returned in full, the associated fee is refunded with it.
4. Errors and duplicate payments
Verified billing errors on our side — such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts — are always corrected in full. Contact us as soon as you identify a suspected error; we investigate every report and respond within five (5) business days.
5. Platform decisions
Advertising accounts remain subject to Google’s approval process and policies. Refunds are not owed for platform decisions outside our control, including campaign disapprovals, account reviews or suspensions resulting from the advertiser’s products, content or policy violations. Unspent balances in such cases are handled under Section 2 after final reconciliation.
6. How to request a refund review
Email contact@saoriaagency.com with your company name, invoice or transaction reference, and a description of the issue. We acknowledge requests within two (2) business days and aim to complete reviews within ten (10) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
